In the case of functional defects, you can send your instrument to our Service Center in Vignate (MI), accompanied by a brief description of the problem and your contact information.
You will be contacted by our technicians who, after a careful analysis, can provide a cost estimate prior to performing surgery
Normally the instrument is returned in 7/8 working days from your approval, but in the case of special need, you can use the EMERGENCY SERVICE.
